Once a quote has been provided and approved, an invoice will be sent. Upon payment your piece(s) will go into production. Please allow 4-8 weeks to create these heirloom pieces that you will treasure forever.
Custom Wedding Set
I will refund 100% of the deposit if I have spent less than 1 hour working on your designs and you have changed your mind or want to go in a different direction. After the first hour, the design process will be $50 an hour, which will go towards the final balance of your piece. If a design does not make final approval, I will retain $50 for every hour of my time spent working on the design process. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
